Salesforce Vlocity Development Engineer 2

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement industry-specific solutions using Vlocity tools and OmniStudio components
• Write and maintain efficient, clean code for various software components following development best practices
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems
• Design and manage Salesforce data models, including complex SOQL queries and data validation rules
• Implement testing frameworks, including unit and integration tests, to ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot software issues and debug code to enhance application performance and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and business analysts to ensure applications meet technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2.5 to 4.5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity and OmniStudio tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Core, Communications Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
• Proficiency in SOQL and database management within the Salesforce ecosystem
