Salesforce Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap with Salesforce as the system of record
• Lead the CRM transformation from legacy platforms to Salesforce through stabilization and optimization
• Oversee all phases of delivery including discovery, design, configuration, integration, and data migration
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure successful outcomes
• Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT, and external system integrators
• Lead enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategy
• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce architecture, product selection, and integration patterns

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading CRM programs or digital transformations
• Extensive experience leading Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments
• Proven track record delivering CRM transformations under tight timelines
• Strong experience in change management and process transformation
• Experience managing system integrators and external delivery partners
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience owning Salesforce as a long-term enterprise platform
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations
