Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions
• Implement solutions using configuration, automation tools, and custom development
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments
• Support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment with user needs
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical and functional domains
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation tools like Flows and Process Builder
• Skilled in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices
• Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
