About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and recommend technical solutions and approaches
- Create, review, and approve technical design documents
- Lead development activities and report on status, risks, and issues
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 technical developers
- Perform code reviews and optimization on Apex, Aura, and LWC
- Build Sales or Service Cloud functionalities and fix defects
- Perform hands-on tasks including PoCs and complex functionality development
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of total work experience for Sub Lead roles
- 2 to 4 years of total work experience for Developer roles
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of Sales or Service Cloud technical experience for Sub Lead roles
- Proficiency in Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows
- Strong skills in application customization, configuration, and APIs/integration patterns
- Experience or certification in Integration or Data Architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Integration or Data Architect Certification
