Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and robust solution designs
• Develop and review high-quality Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Own technical governance, including code quality, release management, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators through code reviews and technical guidance
• Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to align technical delivery with business goals
• Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or senior role
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong experience with declarative tools such as Flows and Custom Metadata
• Proven track record of building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce org transformations or migrations
• Proficiency with dbt for data transformation and modeling
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and Tableau for data visualization
