Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Salesforce development team
• Act as the primary technical authority and point of contact for projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Architects to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks and provide guidance to team members
• Contribute to hands-on development as required
• Define, enforce, and improve development standards and best practices
• Manage version control processes using Git and support release execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or team leadership role
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform capabilities and customization
• Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies and merge management
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, B2B Commerce)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), CMS, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
