Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects
• Define and follow coding standards, including leading code reviews to ensure quality and design patterns
• Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration elements

Requirements

• Deep understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions
• Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex development (Triggers and VF Controllers)
• Proficiency in VisualForce, JavaScript, and HTML
• Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with external business systems
• Knowledge of platform security (TLS, SSL) and authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Understanding of environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies
• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve them upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JQuery or AngularJS development
• Strong background in large web-based or client-server system design and the complete software product lifecycle
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and database design
