Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex business processes
• Design integration strategies with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Own technical decisions regarding Apex, LWC, APIs, and middleware integration
• Establish data governance, migration strategies, and performance optimization
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Conduct code reviews and enforce security, scalability, and governor limit standards
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD pipeline strategies using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset
• Maintain architecture documentation and technical design documents

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years as a Technical Architect
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control
• Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset
• Knowledge of AppExchange products (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Cloudingo)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, and Integration Architecture Designer certifications
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Agentforce Specialist
• Knowledge of CPQ and Revenue Cloud
