Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach developers through code reviews and best practice implementation.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Manage data migration, data quality initiatives, and enforce Salesforce governance and security controls.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment plans.
• Drive innovation using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role overseeing development teams.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development.
• Proficiency in integration patterns and tools such as REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
