Salesforce & Systems Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Salesforce architecture spanning the full commercial lifecycle
• Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping, and lead management
• Make build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code decisions with a bias toward maintainable design
• Own the system design and integration of tools including Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake
• Lead data migration and platform integration work to ensure data integrity
• Maintain and rationalize adjacent business systems like Clay
• Establish controls, documentation, and governance to make systems auditable and durable

Requirements

• 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth GTM environments
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
• Experience implementing and maintaining QTC / CPQ solutions end to end
• Experience leading data migrations and integrating Salesforce with financial systems like Stripe
• Working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse
• Track record of scaling Salesforce implementations
