Responsibilities

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory management and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and integrated ERP systems like NetSuite
  • Build and maintain automation using Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Approval processes
  • Support GTM tools including Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, and Gong
  • Configure and deploy AI-facilitated development using Salesforce Agentforce
  • Perform data migration, cleaning, and manipulation using Data Loader
  • Utilize Git/DevOps tools for environment management and deployments
  • Triage and resolve end-user support tickets and participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Document business processes and technical configurations in Confluence

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce/SaaS ecosystem
  • Proficiency in point-and-click configurations and customizations
  • Experience with GTM tools such as NetSuite, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, or Gong
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Administrator or AI Certifications
  • Knowledge of Apex
