Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions based on business needs
• Define architectural best practices, governance, and data modeling strategies
• Ensure optimal use of Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and project teams
• Review and optimize Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, and automations
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Lead data migration and cleansing efforts
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals
• Ensure security best practices for user roles, permissions, and data access

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years in an architect role
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Proficiency in integration tools such as Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, or Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Technical Architect)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools within Salesforce such as Einstein AI, Flow, or RPA
