Salesforce Solution Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine Salesforce administration tasks including user management and permission sets
• Support the configuration and maintenance of custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Help monitor system health and escalate issues to ensure platform stability
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
• Assist with data quality initiatives and resolve user-reported data issues
• Participate in testing activities and support deployment and post-release validation
• Maintain internal documentation of assigned configuration work

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (including internships, volunteer, or client projects)
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
• Familiarity with core features including user administration, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work the EMEA/USA-East shift (1400 PM – 2300 IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Flows
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery practices
• Background or interest in professional services, nonprofit, or technology environments
