Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce architectures and solutions that meet business needs
• Lead complex Salesforce implementations and integrations, providing technical guidance to development teams
• Develop and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, to ensure solution quality
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Design and oversee data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform with a proven track record in solution design and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party integration tools
• Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Knowledge of SailPoint's products and their integration with Salesforce
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
