Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Understand and document the value to be created for users and the business
• Identify and document architecture and security improvements during discovery
• Define and/or approve data models, automation tools, and non-standard configurations with long-term sustainability in mind
• Identify existing Salesforce deficiencies such as technical debt, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and propose solutions
• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with best practices
• Advise project teams on Salesforce features and define the final architecture
• Own security design, including permissions, sharing settings, custom settings, and permission sets
• Lead integration projects: select the best solution, organize client meetings, validate information, and guide the DAL on integration best practices
• Translate complex business requirements into technical requirements for developers
• Participate in agile ceremonies and validate change requests
• Monitor industry trends, evolve internal practices, and share knowledge across teams
• Support the sales team in your domain of expertise as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a solution architect
• Implementation or work experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
