Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Conduct client workshops to produce recommended roadmaps, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.
• Own end-to-end solution design, including data modeling, API integrations, and AI agent configuration.
• Implement Manufacturing Cloud features such as sales agreements, rebate management, and inventory management.
• Design AI-driven automations using Agentforce, including prompt engineering and Data Cloud integration.
• Mentor development teams on best practices and supervise configuration, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales efforts and proposal development to demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role delivering multi-cloud projects.
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Strong technical background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I/II.
• Required Certification: Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom AI extensions.
• Salesforce certifications in AI Specialist or Integration/Data Architect.
