Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for large, complex Public Sector clients.
• Lead solution design across business and technology domains, translating client needs into scalable architectures.
• Play a key role in presales and delivery by shaping, scoping, and solutioning engagements.
• Provide oversight and delivery leadership on mission-critical programs to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and technical architects to design end-to-end solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal approaches using configuration, integration, and custom development.
• Guide teams on solution patterns, integration strategies, data models, and automation design.
• Mentor delivery teams and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and reusable assets.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of Salesforce solution architecture or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience, or Public Sector Solutions).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models, integrations, and automation.
• Experience working in Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA track.
• Experience supporting public sector digital transformation (Federal, State, or Local).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or OmniStudio.
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation and AI-enabled delivery tools.
