Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
• Ensure architectural designs follow best practices, platform standards, and scalability principles
• Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Establish and enforce coding, configuration, and deployment standards
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with security and data governance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, admins, and functional consultants
• Support release management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead role
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven track record in designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Consultant
