Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and define project scope
- Design scalable Salesforce architectures and technical diagrams
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, AI tools, and Data Cloud
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing best practice recommendations
- Guide and mentor developers and consultants
- Translate technical solutions into clear business benefits for stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and solution estimation
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds)
- Strong experience in large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect
- Expertise in designing scalable solutions with complex integrations and automation
- Ability to work with global clients in US and UK markets
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions
