About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into scalable system designs across the Go-to-Market (GTM) stack
  • Act as the single-threaded owner of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle across Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, and Marketo
  • Establish design principles, guardrails, and scalable patterns across all integrated systems
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, layouts, and CPQ settings (pricing rules, bundles, and product catalogs)
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to convert business problems into technical specifications
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-offs
  • Drive release readiness, rollout, and system adoption while improving data quality and process compliance

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically with Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Proven experience owning the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Strong ability to balance strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical execution
  • Deep expertise in CPQ complexity, including pricing rules, bundles, and approval processes
  • Extensive experience in UAT planning, execution, and release governance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, and data models)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Gainsight or other Customer Success platforms
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation tools
  • Exposure to AI and automation within GTM systems
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
