Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and manage functional design for Salesforce implementations
• Lead prototyping, process design, scenario design, and flow mapping
• Support full life-cycle implementations including testing, training, and defining support procedures
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Lead projects or workstreams while providing clear guidance to team members

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Financial Services Cloud)
• Experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing other CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
