About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce sales pursuits by providing deep solution expertise and relating business outcomes to Slalom capabilities
  • Drive client-facing conversations to define requirements, scope, win themes, and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and GTM teams to co-develop technical solutions, ensuring alignment in pricing and team design
  • Author client-facing proposal content, including resource models, rates, margins, and SOW drafts
  • Define the scope and approach of engagements and conduct product demonstrations
  • Manage the sales-to-delivery handoff to ensure seamless knowledge transfer to engagement leads
  • Support project delivery (approximately 25% of the role) and train leaders on large transformational deals

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge across various Salesforce clouds and product offerings
  • Direct experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and delivery oversight
  • Proven experience in proposal and SOW authoring, including RFP responses and contracts
  • Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with sales engineering aspects, such as building solution demos

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Slalom's pursuit processes and estimation models
  • Ability to identify cross-capability collaboration needs (e.g., Data, Strategy, Transformation)
