About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Sales Cloud solutions supporting lead-to-cash and opportunity management
  • Design and enhance custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Build and optimize functionality for Leads, Opportunities, Products, Pricing, Quotes, and Sales Forecasting
  • Implement secure, scalable integrations between Sales Cloud and external systems like ERP and finance platforms
  • Automate sales workflows using Flows and Apex while ensuring governor limit compliance
  • Participate in technical design reviews and support DevOps/CI/CD deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to technical documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep Sales Cloud expertise
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Experience designing Sales Cloud data models (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.)
  • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Skilled in declarative automation tools including Flows and Validation Rules
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Administrator, or App Builder certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or advanced pricing solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Experience with multi-region or global sales organizations
  • Background in professional services or consulting
