About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze process specifications
- Collaborate with Developers to understand effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product/process according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Provide UAT support
- Provide ad hoc support for Salesforce applications for the technical workstream
Requirements
- B.Tech or relevant education
- 5+ years of testing experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience (automation preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Cloud service or Sales Service
- Strong communication skills
- Basic fundamentals of Salesforce knowledge
- Experience documenting business workflows for stakeholder review
- Experience collaborating with outside IT consultants and IT departments
