Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects ensuring timely completion within scope and aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for updates and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth execution and proactive risk mitigation
- Define project roadmaps, establish milestones, and manage project documentation
- Champion Salesforce best practices, security compliance, and user-friendly design
- Provide clear direction and support to foster a high-performing work environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects and end-to-end implementations
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations
- Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including executives and technical teams
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions
- Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification
- Experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud implementations
