Salesforce Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure timely completion.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical user stories for scrum team development and execution.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and requirement gathering to deployment.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor project progress, implement necessary changes, and compile reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and PMO best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com backend systems.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps project management systems.
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
