About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer service transformation initiatives
  • Lead backlog management, including requirements gathering, user stories definition, and prioritization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product capabilities and support Salesforce Service Cloud solution design
  • Define and optimize end-to-end customer service processes, including automation, knowledge management, and self-service
  • Partner with architecture and delivery teams to drive AI-enabled enhancements and ensure Agile delivery excellence
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure business readiness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within enterprise environments
  • Strong background in CRM programs and customer service transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the related ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience in product roadmap development and backlog management
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and user stories
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong business process design skills within complex enterprise setups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering AI-enabled business solutions or familiarity with AI-enabled service capabilities
  • Background in customer experience (CX) initiatives
  • Experience working with enterprise contact center platforms
