About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce and integrated products to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals
- Manage the Salesforce roadmap and oversee key system projects
- Support the professional growth of the technical team through coaching and leadership
- Drive change management and adoption of new system enhancements across commercial teams
- Act as a bridge between RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to enhance data consistency
- Continuously improve automation and lead-to-cash workflows
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, object models, and enterprise-level architecture
- Extensive experience with Salesforce automation, including advanced flows and validation rules
- Proven track record of leading integrations across the revenue tech stack (e.g., Tableau, DocuSign, SalesLoft)
- Ability to define and own a product roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Experience managing and mentoring Salesforce Administrators and technical team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Sales/Experience/Revenue Cloud Certifications highly desirable
