Salesforce Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform including Web Services APIs, Apex, OmniStudio, and Visualforce
• Provide guidance on solution requirements, technical design, and integration architecture
• Implement enhancements such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows
• Integrate Salesforce with other organizational platforms and external systems
• Manage change control from development sandboxes to production
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce.com and AppExchange
• Lead and mentor other engineers while adhering to Agile best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and SOQL
• In-depth understanding of SFDC Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Triggers
• Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs (SOAP and REST)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Salesforce Software Engineers
• Experience with Salesforce.com APEX data loader and other data loading tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model
• Knowledge of Einstein AI and Financial Services Cloud
• Experience with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, or Agent Force
• Background in the Banking and Financial Services industry
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment/migration processes in Salesforce
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications
