Salesforce Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert and internal platform owner
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and security settings
• Build and optimize Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
• Support the rollout and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and administrative tasks
• Support integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP and PLM
• Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting support to ensure high user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin, CRM Specialist, or Platform Specialist)
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Object/Data modeling
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrations via APIs or middleware
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
