Salesforce Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pipeline management within Salesforce, ensuring deals are accurately staged and updated
• Partner with sales leadership to establish pipeline review cadences and hygiene standards
• Build and maintain forecasting frameworks for real-time visibility into revenue projections
• Develop and track pipeline metrics including velocity, conversion rates, and win/loss trends
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, enhancements, and data quality
• Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for Sales and Renewals teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to align processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations or administration
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
• Demonstrated experience owning pipeline management and sales forecasting processes
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and renewal cycles
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flows
• Familiarity with forecasting methodologies
• Exposure to revenue intelligence tools such as Clari or Gong
