About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pipeline management within Salesforce, ensuring deals are accurately staged and updated
- Partner with sales leadership to establish pipeline review cadences and hygiene standards
- Build and maintain forecasting frameworks for real-time visibility into revenue projections
- Develop and track pipeline metrics including velocity, conversion rates, and win/loss trends
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, enhancements, and data quality
- Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for Sales and Renewals teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to align processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations or administration
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience owning pipeline management and sales forecasting processes
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and renewal cycles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flows
- Familiarity with forecasting methodologies
- Exposure to revenue intelligence tools such as Clari or Gong
