Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective technical architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, including data modeling, integration, and security.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and streamline data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on platform capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing and data processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications.
