Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with company leadership to create, execute, support, and measure all email marketing
• Plan campaigns through content marketing strategies, list management, and campaign measurement
• Create email marketing calendars and make strategic recommendations
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates and write company newsletters
• Build customer journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder
• Create SMS campaigns using Mobile Connect
• Maintain and organize lists and assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Enhance, optimize, and document marketing automation processes to scale execution and reporting

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing automation
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Journey Builder and Mobile Connect
• Ability to join immediately is preferred
