Salesforce Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce integration developers in the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across enterprise applications.
• Own sprint-level delivery of Salesforce integration workstreams, including planning, execution, quality, and release.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Build and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, event-driven solutions, and data synchronization flows.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Analyze the existing integration landscape and propose modernization approaches such as API-first or cloud-native patterns.
• Mentor and guide developers on Salesforce integration patterns and platform best practices.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release management teams to support testing and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, ETL processes, and data integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform implementation experience.
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with API management, gateway configuration, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration pipelines.
• Salesforce Integration Architect or Application Architect certification.
