About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce integration developers in the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across enterprise applications.
- Own sprint-level delivery of Salesforce integration workstreams, including planning, execution, quality, and release.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Build and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, event-driven solutions, and data synchronization flows.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Analyze the existing integration landscape and propose modernization approaches such as API-first or cloud-native patterns.
- Mentor and guide developers on Salesforce integration patterns and platform best practices.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release management teams to support testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, ETL processes, and data integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform implementation experience.
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- Experience with API management, gateway configuration, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration pipelines.
- Salesforce Integration Architect or Application Architect certification.
