About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage Salesforce networks to drive incremental sales and pipeline for Field Service
  • Partner with Salesforce SVPs and Account Executives to identify opportunities and serve as a SME during pre-sales
  • Develop new relationships with Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce sellers, product leaders, and SEs
  • Create product packages and IP aimed at the Salesforce Mid-Market and Commercial segments
  • Translate complex technical features into tangible business outcomes for prospective customers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through white-space analysis and account mapping
  • Develop competitive analysis and points of view regarding Salesforce value advantages
  • Partner with Marketing to create differentiated content including videos, solution packages, and customer stories
  • Collaborate with Field Service delivery leadership to establish best practices for accurate estimation and deployment
  • Act as an executive sponsor for Field Service projects to ensure customer success and generate case studies
  • Partner with Managed Services to create recurring revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in the Field Service and Salesforce ecosystem
  • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams through pipeline creation
  • Deep understanding of operational challenges in Field Service deployments
  • Strong understanding of AI and Automation (Einstein, Predictive Dispatch, Generative AI)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical components for credible discovery
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
