Salesforce Functional SME

Responsibilities

• Act as a Functional SME/Analyst to guide business in CRM requirement definition and testing strategy
• Extract and refine requirements through collaboration with business stakeholders
• Provide leadership in the decision-making process regarding business needs
• Articulate and document business requirements clearly for the team
• Partner with the implementation team to ensure requirements are addressed in solution design

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Extensive experience writing BRD and Functional Specification documents
• Proven track record in project management, feasibility studies, and gap analysis
• In-depth understanding of CRM application capabilities and constraints
• Strong experience in business analysis, software design, and testing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Eligibility: EAD, GC, or US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultant Certification
• Experience with Contact Center or Sales Process business processes
• Knowledge of Healthcare or Insurance industry call center operations
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or PeopleSoft CRM implementations
