Salesforce Field Service Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including code reviews and defining coding standards
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
• Support pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and Proof-of-Concept (POC) development
• Travel to client sites for projects (estimated 50-75% travel)

Requirements

• 9-14 years of CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
• Expert level understanding of End-to-End Field Service Implementation
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and the ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions
• Experience with data integration tools (ETL) and integrating Salesforce with various business systems
• Knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
• Proficiency in environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies
• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
