Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions and develop architectural blueprints
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and training
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
• 10+ years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UML and experience using Jira
• Previous hands-on development experience
• Certifications in cloud technologies or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Experience using visualization tools like Lucid or Visio
