Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Salesforce platform supporting core sales and trade processes for an $8B CPG business
• Define long-term strategy for Salesforce across Sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion Management
• Lead, develop, and manage the Salesforce Engineering team by setting goals and defining responsibilities
• Define planning, prioritization, and delivery standards to ensure platform stability
• Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Finance, and IT to assess demand and set priorities
• Hold teams and partners accountable for delivery results and platform performance
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with finance and data platforms to ensure reliable data flows

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise software or application development
• Significant hands-on leadership of a Salesforce Engineering Team
• 3-5 years of experience owning Salesforce platforms that support Sales organizations, ideally in CPG
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Salesforce supporting Sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Advanced Salesforce certifications in development, administration, or architecture
• Certifications in integration, data architecture, or middleware
