Salesforce Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective
• Provide oversight and direction to project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Act as a thought leader to help customers drive outcomes and identify transformation areas
• Participate in customer sales cycles, including scoping, estimating, and staffing
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery through SOW reviews and onboarding
• Collaborate with operations to ensure appropriate project staffing and risk mitigation
• Drive internal initiatives for innovation in solution delivery and methodology
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in solution architecture and pre-sales advisory
• 5+ years leading complex customer engagements with teams of 15+ members
• 5+ years architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions
• Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, scoping, and C-level presentations
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures and managing SDLC
• Strong commercial acumen for creating SOWs, estimates, and Change Orders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
