Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI
• Define environment and branching strategies, release governance, and rollback procedures
• Support end-to-end delivery from technical design through testing and production stabilization
• Troubleshoot deployment and application issues, including metadata dependencies and integration errors
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts, metadata, and environment management
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
