Salesforce Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions using the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives
• Lead advanced analysis and resolution of complex technical incidents escalated beyond Level 2
• Perform deep root-cause analysis to identify systemic issues and propose long-term preventive measures
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through technical direction, training, and code reviews
• Implement production bug fixes, enhancements, and configuration improvements across Salesforce modules
• Coordinate deployment activities and ensure error-free execution using DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Quality Assurance to ensure software meets technical specifications
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internally developed applications

Requirements

• 5 to 7.5 years of professional experience in software development
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex and LWC
• Hands-on expertise with Vlocity/OmniStudio and OmniScript
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Copado, or Jenkins
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Ability to architect minor enhancements and recommend platform optimizations
• Strong documentation and solution-design capabilities
