Salesforce Development Engineer 2

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various software components
• Support the design and development of new applications aligned with business objectives
• Implement testing frameworks, including unit and integration tests, to ensure software quality
• Document development processes, design, and deployment procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Analyze software integration needs and plan system architecture to meet technical specifications
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical requirements and specifications
• Troubleshoot software issues to enhance application performance and user satisfaction

Requirements

• 2.5 to 4.5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, specifically Apex, Vlocity, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to interpret complex codebases and align technical work with business goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Competency in cloud-native architectures, including microservices and API-driven integrations
• Experience working in public cloud PaaS/IaaS environments
