Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust technical solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Platform, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Lead the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, technical documentation, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes across various sandboxes using tools like SFDX, Copado, or Gearset.
• Audit existing implementations to identify technical debt and opportunities for performance tuning.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to ensure high quality standards.
• Manage periodic operations such as data backup, data cleaning, and global operational maintenance.
• Provide user training and insights for application evolution based on user feedback and new Salesforce releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce Administration Certification (Min ADM201).
• Mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Proven proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Experience with advanced Flow Builder logic to minimize custom code.
