Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on developer for small to large scale initiatives across multiple Salesforce instances and integrations
• Develop and deploy solutions supporting Agentforce and Data360 to drive the journey toward an agentic enterprise
• Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce to meet complex business requirements
• Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Lightning pages
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key enterprise applications
• Lead Salesforce coding standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns for the development team
• Write technical design documents, perform code reviews, and provide technical troubleshooting for bug fixes

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on advanced Salesforce development experience (Sales and Service Clouds)
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Platform App Builder
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL
• Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Sales, Service, or Community Cloud Consultant Certifications
• Experience with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, or Oracle CPQ
• Knowledge of ETL tools, web services, and system integration
• Understanding of Version Control Systems such as Git, SVN, or Bitbucket
