Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with customers, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to identify user requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce programs including Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and modify controllers, triggers, workflows, approvals, flows, and reports.
• Perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes to maintain platform reliability and scalability.
• Monitor project activities and stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Test Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Workflow, Approvals, and Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Lightning, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce API, web services (SOAP/REST), and integration techniques.
• Experience with deployment tools and methodologies such as Copado or GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce.com certifications, specifically Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I & II.
