Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
• Document functional requirements and create solution designs
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud portals
• Map requirements to out-of-the-box features and identify customization needs
• Configure Sales Cloud features including Sales Management, Campaigns, and Territory Management
• Build end-to-end configurations for marketing platforms like Pardot or Marketo
• Implement AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga Composer, and OwnBackup
• Identify integration requirements and suggest approaches for ERP/NetSuite via REST/SOAP APIs
• Prepare configuration runbooks, system architecture, and entity relationship diagrams
• Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation

Requirements

• 6 years of Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Sales and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash processes
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo
• Proficiency in automation features such as Flows
• Strong knowledge of Apex and LWC
• Experience with DevOps and Single Sign-on (SSO)
• Experience integrating with NetSuite or ERPs using MuleSoft, Boomi, or REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Agentforce
