Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Implement automation and configuration solutions to meet business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and manage data migration
• Ensure data quality, system performance, and adherence to security standards
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with Salesforce releases

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices
• Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
• Familiarity with performance optimization and secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I)
• Experience working in Agile environments
