Salesforce Developer, Revenue Cloud and CPQ

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes
• Document functional requirements and create solution architecture, System Architecture, and Entity Relationship Diagrams
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling
• Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition
• Design subscription and recurring revenue models and build usage products
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing
• Configure reports and dashboards and prepare configuration runbooks
• Conduct user training and support deployment and post-implementation enhancements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing
• Hands-on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition
• Experience with CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash processes
• Proficiency in configuring product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling
• Knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, and tax handling
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Experience with Agentforce
