Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions for major enterprises
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, enterprise-grade architectures
• Develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and orchestrate system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
• Participate in technical design sessions and act as a client-facing consultant
• Mentor junior developers and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and the full development lifecycle
• Proven experience with API and middleware integrations
• Platform Developer I certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform Developer II certification
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools and version control (Git/Bitbucket)
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Specialized knowledge in Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds
